Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Manager Location: South Yorkshire Hours: Monday to Friday Days Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 Sector: Recycling & Sustainability We are recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Manager to join a high-volume recycling operation in South Yorkshire. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this is a key role responsible for leading and developing the site maintenance function. The role is approximately 40% hands-on and 60% office-based, combining leadership responsibilities with practical engineering involvement.
