An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric Technician to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies covering London and surrounding areas. The Building Fabric Technician is a multi-site role offering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. There work includes a mix of PPM and reactive building fabric works internally and externally to include: Bu i l d i n g Roof - repair roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance Brickwork - repairs to walls Floor - repair vinyl and ceramic tiles Fabric - doors, protection works, office workstations, signage, carpentry, plastering and general shopfittings Pa i nt i n g an d decorating Carry out minor painting repairs Plu m b i n g and drainage Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.
