Job Title : Mechanical Assembly Fitter Location: Birkenhead, Wirral Duration : 6 months plus Shifts: Day shift (Mon to Thurs 7.30am- 4pm, Friday 7.30am -12.30pm) Pay Rate : 18.03 PAYE or 23.47 UMB + overtime Must have knowledge of overhauling. Must have small valve knowledge Experience in valve repair, overhauling and assembling train components/brakes would be advantageous. Key Aim: To safely clean, dismantle, repair, and reassemble rail equipment, ensuring all parts are handled with care and work is completed to quality standards.
