Reports to: Deputy Managers and Registered Managers Location: Children's Residential Care Homes, Leyland Hours & Pattern: Full-time, 40 hours per week (average) Shift pattern includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins, and lone working 2 on / 4 off shift pattern Salary: 29,600 per year 50 per sleep-in (approx. 10 per month) Job Purpose Assist the Registered Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day operations and provide cover across homes. Ensure the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of children and young people are met in a supportive, homely, and professional environment. Comply with Ofsted, government, and Association policies to maintain quality standards. Achieve and maintain a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
