Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager Swindon Hybrid (3 days onsite) ASAP Start We're seeking an Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager to support a PLC environment, reporting to the Group Financial Controller . This role will lead external financial reporting and technical accounting , with ownership of group consolidation and statutory reporting. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of consolidated annual and interim financial statements and disclosures Managing the external audit process Ownership of the consolidation system ( Oracle HFM ) Preparation of Audit Committee papers Oversight of subsidiary statutory accounts Advising on IFRS and technical accounting matters Supporting group-wide finance projects and maintaining accounting policies Key requirements: ACA / ACCA qualified Strong PLC and IFRS reporting experience Hands-on consolidation system experience (Oracle HFM or similar) Confident working with senior stakeholders...
