Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team Leader to join our team. This role involves providing essential care and support to children, helping them achieve their developmental goals within a nurturing environment. The Team Leader will work as a member of the team in the provision of crisis care and support services for children and young people who may display challenging behaviours. Due to regulations applicants must be older than the children they are looking after so applicants will need to be aged 21 years or more.
