We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for an ongoing contract covering the Nottingham area. This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects . Your daily responsibilities will primarily involve conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on residential properties . You will also be required to accurately take samples of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) and appropriately document the properties in-site using a provided PDA or tablet.
