About the Role Northampton Children's Trust is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Children with Disabilities Team. This is a pivotal role providing specialist, long-term support to children and young people with disabilities, typically up to the age of 18, ensuring they are safeguarded from harm and supported to achieve the best possible quality of life and outcomes.
