In this role, you'll be supporting children with disabilities, planning activities tailored to their needs, and promoting social inclusion. Whether in a residential setting, at home, or out in the community, you'll help children access local services and leisure opportunities. You'll also work closely with families and carers, ensuring great communication and teamwork.
