Youth Justice Practitioner We do social work are looking for a youth justice practitioner to start asap. Main Priorities Work within a multi-agency youth justice team to reduce offending behaviour and support young people s rehabilitation and social inclusion. Build strong relationships with young people, families, victims, and professionals to ensure effective communication. Manage and respond to risks to young people and others, following agreed plans. Maintain accurate records and contribute to meetings, reports, and service evaluations. Support service continuity by covering duties across the team when required. Key Duties Carry out holistic assessments using youth justice tools. Support and motivate young people to make positive choices and engage in constructive activities.
