This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working autonomously and playing a key role within a close-knit team environment. The business already has an established BIM function in place, but this position offers the chance to become a key figure within a smaller office that is actively looking to grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and coordinating BIM/Revit models, taking engineer information and producing coordinated MEP models with minimal supervision.
