Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Start Date: September 2026 Grade: SC3 Reporting to: Lead Learning Support Assistant About the Role We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and contribute to a high-quality, inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support in lessons and small group settings, helping students to engage in learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
