RM Recruit have partnering with a Warwickshire based Not for Profit organisation to support in the recruitment of their current Financial Controller vacancy. The Financial Controller is responsible for upholding the highest standards of financial integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the organisation. The role has oversight of internal financial controls, statutory and regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and the accuracy of financial systems, while also supporting strategic financial planning. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Review and strengthen internal financial procedures, systems, and controls, ensuring they are robust, fully documented, and fit for purpose.
