We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Manager to lead our Training function across Scotland and Northern Ireland, with a primary base in Central Scotland . You'll provide strategic leadership for the regional Training Team while remaining hands-on in delivery, supporting our Transport Infrastructure (Highways) business and ensuring operational, commercial and compliance needs are met. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact while being predominantly Central Scotland-based.
