We re working with a growing business in Southampton to recruit a hands-on Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a key hire for the business, suited to someone who is confident working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role will suit a self-starter who is comfortable operating in a manual finance environment with ongoing change, and who can bring structure, insight and ownership to the management accounts process. The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of key areas of the management accounts process and play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely financial information.
