Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver extra works projects across client sites, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company standards. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of additional works outside of core FM services. Prepare and submit quotations for extra works, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
