Deputy Manager Ofsted Regulated Home in Kingstanding Birmingham B44 Deputy Manager Required for our Ofsted Regulated Home in Kingstanding supporting 8-18s with EBD and challenging behaviour. We have an established home where the 2 children are stable and happy that now requires a Deputy to support the Registered Manager. The focus of our service delivery is to help and support our clients to develop their independent living skills whilst in transition towards adulthood and being able to manage their own tenancy in the community effectively. We are obliged to ensure its policies and procedures are aimed at safeguarding the service users. Our 3 bed Ofsted regulated home supports 2 children and is Ofsted rated Good.
