Duties and Responsibilities of a Cook: The cook will be required to prepare and cook meals for our residents on daily basis Make sure choice of meals are offered, including cultural and dietary meals Be responsible for ordering food supplies, taking stock and ensuring their rotation Will have overall responsibility for ensuring safe running of the kitchen and meeting all Statutory organisational requirements (CQC & Environmental Health).
