Senior Building Services Manager We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Services Manager (M&E) to join our Birmingham office and provide support for our projects in the West Midlands region. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the MEP process from project inception through to post-completion using commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise. Reporting to the Head of Building Services, you will work alongside our preconstruction and delivery teams to carry out technical reviews of tender documents, liaise with the estimating team and supply chain partners and adjust designs accordingly as and when required.
