This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team . Key Responsibilities Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently Set up and adjust powder guns, including selecting correct settings and tips for different surfaces Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of powder coating equipment Follow job instructions and production requirements accurately Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met Assist with preparation work, including cleaning and masking...
