Your new company This is an exciting time to join Sandwell MBC Adult Social Care. We are currently restructuring our community social work teams to create town teams and a separate YAT/Transitions Team for Sandwell adults. Your new role Sandwell are looking to recruit an additional x 2 full-time (37 hrs) agency Social Workers into their YAT/Transitions Team to help bring it to full capacity until permanent staff are recruited to the team. Sandwell are looking for committed and hardworking qualified Social Workers with high professional standards and sound knowledge and experience of current legislation including the Care Act 2014, Continuing Health Care, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Community DOLS/LPS.
