The Role: Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems. Repairs floor & wall coverings. Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required. Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU's / FCU's and Basic Plumbing requirements Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
