About the Role We re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our busy call centre team. In this role, you ll be the first point of contact for our tenants handling incoming calls and scheduling appointments efficiently to ensure we meet our Service Level Agreements. You ll manage bookings using our MSI scheduling system, allocating operatives and subcontractors to jobs while keeping customers fully informed at every step. You ll also liaise with supervisors to make sure all materials and equipment are ready ahead of scheduled appointments.
