The successful candidate will provide comprehensive technical assistance to clients and internal teams. Duties Incorporate simple design changes to in-service products, primarily like-for-like material changes due to obsolescence. Track upcoming and in-progress changes on master tracker. Work with existing product support engineers to identify acceptable solutions to obsolescence or material availability issues. Update customers on design progress and seek customer approvals of changes. Modify bills of materials (BOMS) on Inventory management system.
