We are seeking a calm, compassionate, and resilient Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to pupils at a welcoming, inclusive, and forward-thinking mainstream primary school. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference within a supportive school community that values consistency, empathy, and positive relationships. The role involves delivering structured 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH. Some pupils present with behavioural challenges, requiring a confident, proactive, and composed approach. Full-time availability is preferred but not essential. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to create a nurturing, secure, and engaging learning environment where pupils feel understood, respected, and empowered to succeed.
