A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join a successful, well-established and market-leading business. As part of their continued success, the appointment of the HR Advisor, is critical in supporting the HR team in the next phased growth and direction of the company. The site office is Brixton but due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to travel to a number of the company's sites when required, (pool car provided), to meet and build relationships with the senior leadership teams to understand their requirements and support with a number of HR matters. Flexibility to travel is therefore needed. The role is very fast paced and a great opportunity to provide essential support to the HRBP and wider HR and management teams.
