2nd Line Network Engineer Location: Peterborough, UK (2-3 days in office) Salary: 40,000- 45,000 per annum Shift Pattern: Friday-Monday, 8:00am-6:00pm (weekends included), Tuesday-Thursday off We're looking for a skilled 2nd Line Network Engineer to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with 3rd Line teams to keep our networks running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues. Perform log analysis, configuration changes, device upgrades, and backups. Collaborate with 3rd Line and vendors to resolve critical incidents. Support Service Desk and 1st Line Engineers. Maintain technical knowledge and accreditations. Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in a similar SLA-driven support role.
