Job Title: Personal and Social Development / Employability Tutor Location: Centre based Salary : up to 35,000 Type: Full-time, Permanent Duties: Deliver engaging sessions, in line with Gateway and NCFE standards, in Personal and Social Development, to a caseload of unemployed learners. The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods, providing differentiation and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs. Train, assess, motivate and support learners to develop personal and social skills to better prepare them for the working world and develop life skills.
