This role comes with the possibility of becoming a permanent staff member in the setting. As an educational supply staff member, you play a crucial role in keeping education on track when regular staff are absent. You will oversee entire classes during short-term absences, ensuring students complete assigned work and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
