Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, security, and overall upkeep of our college buildings and grounds. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and report more significant maintenance issues to the appropriate department or contractor. Undertake basic painting and decorating tasks as required. Maintain the cleanliness of all college buildings and grounds, including classrooms, corridors, restrooms, common areas, and external spaces.
