About us
We support, empower and care for people towards and at the end of life. We provide expert and compassionate hospice care to adults living with life-limiting illness in Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Uckfield, Lewes and the surrounding villages. We also support families through the challenges of bereavement and grief.
