As part of this, the Clinical Assurance Team carries out audits, reviews and assurance activities to ensure processes are effective, consistent and aligned with Armed Forces recruitment standards. As the Lead Clinical Practitioner – Assurance and Audit, you will be a key member of the Clinical Assurance Team within the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function. Using your clinical expertise, you will help review and assure the quality of Medical Record Assessors' work, ensuring prospective British Army candidates are assessed fairly and in line with medical recruitment policy.
