Kitchen Assistant (Seasonal) Key Responsibilities: Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and readily available for chefs. Unload deliveries and assist in storing ingredients properly. Operate dishwashers and glass-washing machines to maintain cleanliness. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including floors, fridges, ovens, and work surfaces. Wash and store utensils and dishes correctly. Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness by disinfecting floors. Adhere to UKME's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Knowledge and Skills: Stamina and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment (Essential) Ability to work efficiently and follow health, safety, and hygiene standards (Essential) Flexibility to work on rotating schedules (Essential)
