Temporary ongoing Pay rate and Typical hours as a Production Operative: 12 Hour shifts 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. 13.45 for first 12 weeks, then nights increases. Can offer either days or nights. Typical day as a Production Operative: Working on the line, supporting with ensuring the line is running smoothly, packing, tipping and rework.
