ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Field Supervisor, you will play an integral part as one of the key people carrying out on-the-ground supervision and quality monitoring of our Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our Clients. We are looking for someone who is confident, capable and ready for a challenge, with a full driving licence and willingness to travel across the local area to visit packages.
