Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Construction) Location: Wantage Pay Rate: 15.00 - 17.00 per hour Temp Key Responsibilities Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow. Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate clearly with drivers and operators. Monitoring the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking immediate action to mitigate risks. Implementing established traffic management plans and ensuring the safety of pedestrians at crossing points. Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate records of traffic flow or incidents.
