This role ensures that all production lines, machinery, and facilities are fully deep-cleaned, sanitised, and compliant with food safety regulations, ready for the morning production shift. Cleaning & Deep Sanitation Equipment Strip-Down: Dismantle and strip down specialised seafood processing machinery (e.g., de-scalers, filleting machines, portioners, and conveyors) prior to cleaning, and safely reassemble them post-sanitation.
