We are recruiting support workers for a single person supported living service based in Edgware. You will support a lady in her 30's who is on 2:1 support. This service is classed as complex due to the nature of her conditions, mild learning disability, Autistic Spectrum Condition, PTSD. As a result of these conditions, she can experience significant anxiety, which can lead to behaviours of distress, including physical aggression. Despite these difficulties, she is a lovely lady with a great sense of humour and fun. Early shifts are either 07.00-14.30 or 07.15-14.45 Late shifts are either 14:15 to 21:45 or 14:30 to 22:00. Waking Night shifts are either 21:45 to 07:15 or 22:00 to 07:30. Proact SCIP training, which is a two-day course will be provided to successful applicants The role is a temp to perm role so you will work 37.5hrs a week on a timesheet basis for 12 weeks and then on successful completion become a permanent member of staff with our client....
