As a Site HR Manager, you will: Drive and then implement the agreed HR strategy across the business. Design and implement actions from the HR Roadmap, with a key focus on recruitment, retention and motivation of staff. To work with Site managers and Site recruitment team to identify areas of recruitment and retention difficulties (site hotspots) and develop and implement target strategies for recruitment. Coach, support and advise the Site Senior Management Team on all HR matters relating to people management. To provide information and support to all Site staff on employment, benefits, and welfare matters. Ensure that all Site learning & development is supported and training needs are met and evidenced.
