Early Years Practitioner (Bank Staff) (Part Time, Temporary) Durham, DH6 £462.80 - £525 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications ) September 2026 July 2027 The School and Role On behalf of Advanced Learning Partnership, we are looking for a Early Years Practitioner to work at Bowburn Primary School on a regular basis. Working as part of an established team, the Early Years Pracitioner will be supporting across the Nursery unit in all rooms, including the new Pufflings Baby Room! You would be helping create a calm, nurturing space where children feel safe, secure and ready to explore. The role would be adhoc depending when cover is required, with hours ranging from 7.30am - 6pm finish time - this is a term time Nursery. Experience working within Early Years would be essential, as well as a minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification. Working as part of an established team, the Lunchtime Supervisor will be supporting children in the dinner hall and playground over the busy lunch period. You will be engaging, and be ready to run activities with the children each day too. The role would be 5 days a week, 11.45am 1.15pm. Experience working with children would be ideal.
