Additional Resourced Provision (Full Time) HLTA New Forest Location: Lymington Start Date: Oct 2026 Contract: Long-Term (potentially permanent) Institution: KS3/4 with a heavy SEND and pastoral focus Pay: £88.50-£110 per day About the Role We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with SEND experience to work with those with additional needs which may include escalated behaviour and avoidant learning within an Additional Resourced Provision in a Secondary School. This rewarding role involves supporting students with additional needs both 1:1 and in small group settings, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential. The Additional Resourced Unit supports students to learn regulatory skills and access learning in a supportive environment in order to reintroduce them to the mainstream classrooms.
