CNC Recruitment is seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Porter / Assistant to join a thriving school based in Bruton. Location: Bruton, Dorset Salary: £12.21 an hour Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am - 2:30pm or Wednesday & Thursday 5pm - 7:30pm Key Responsibilities: Basic Food preparation Washing and cleaning cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils and surfaces Clearing of tables and serving food cafeteria fashion Help to maintain a safe and tidy working environment Requirements In date DBS – Required Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene Ability to manage a kitchen and handle high-volume service (100+ covers/day) A flexible, team-oriented individual with a customer-first mindset Actively engage in the staff and school development processes
