We are recruiting for a Factory Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Blaenavon. This is a hands-on, shop floor-based role where you will be responsible for leading a production team and ensuring operations run efficiently and safely. Key responsibilities include: - Supervising daily production operations across filling and labelling lines - Leading and supporting a team on the shop floor - Driving output and ensuring KPI targets are met - Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety - Acting as the link between planning and production - Troubleshooting issues and minimising downtime This is not a desk-based role - you will be actively involved on the shop floor day-to-day.
