Debt Recovery Agent / Contact Centre Agent who has a great telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to listen to the customer’s needs whilst building rapport and supporting them throughout the process is required for an established call centre that has built its reputation by providing specialised, and compassionate engagement services to clients.   PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES AND/OR CONTACT CENTRE IS AN ADVANTAGE – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED If you have previous experience working in a call centre, then great.
