Admin, Communications & Admissions Officer Veritas Education are working with a welcoming and ambitious primary/prep school in Blackheath to recruit a proactive and organised Admin, Communications & Admissions Officer . This is a key front-facing role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Key Responsibilities for Admin and Admissions Officer Managing the school reception, telephone and visitor experience. Acting as first point of contact for parents and enquiries. Supporting admissions, including enquiries, school tours and registrations. Providing general administrative and clerical support. Managing school emails, entry systems and parent queries. Supporting school communications, newsletters and social media. Using SIMS and other school systems to maintain accurate records. Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
