Capita Pension Solutions are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our established team on a permanent basis. Our Pensions team deals with incoming calls from a wide range of members and their beneficiaries regarding their pension. You’ll be part of a specialist and knowledgeable team supporting with various pension enquiries. Expect a wide variety of calls - it’s never a boring day here! This role will be based at our Sheffield office - Hartshead House, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shift patterns between the core hours of 8am and 6pm. There are no evenings or weekends, and the salary is £24,043.50. Start date will be Monday 16th March 2026.
