Salary - Up to £37,199 + Market Force Enhancement + Benefits (pro-rata)

Part-time, 18.5 hours per week

About the role:

• Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in Electrical Installations up to Level 3, including study programmes, apprenticeships, and adult courses in both workshop and classroom settings.
• You ll use your hands-on knowledge to bring lessons to life with a practical, theoretical, and digital mix that engages learners and prepares them for the real world.
• You ll also play a vital role in curriculum development, learner progress tracking, and resource creation to support high-quality outcomes.

What we re looking for:

• A vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in Electrical Installations
• A teaching qualification and assessor award (or willingness to gain them)
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or willingness to obtain)
• Willing to obtain an enhanced DBS
• A collaborative, motivated team player with strong communication skills
• A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire learners of all backgrounds
