LOCATION: Hybrid working partly from the office in Ealing, West London (W5) and the remaining time from home

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Head of Transaction Services / Senior Transactional Finance Manager with an accounting qualification, significant experience in a senior role for a housing association setting rent and service charges and the ability to analyse and assess data.
Working as the Head of Transaction Services / Senior Transactional Finance Manager you will work to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective accounts payable, rent processing, rent setting and service charge functions for the organisation.
As the Head of Transaction Services / Senior Transactional Finance Manager you will manage the Accounts Payable function, Rents Setting team, Income and Service Charge teams, ensuring the policies pertaining to these departments are followed, controls are operated and improved, and that an excellent level of service is provided across the group to all customers whether internal or external.
