Early Years Practitioner

Nursery: Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: £27,231 - £33,660 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Location: Finchley Road, London

We are looking for a Full time Level 3 qualified practitioner to join our nursery . Our Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road is Ofsted rated “Good” and situated 3 minute walk from Finchley Road and Frognal Overground station and a 10 minute walk from the Underground station. There are also a number of bus routes which pass the nursery.

We are the Penthouse Nursery located at the top of the prestigious JW3 Centre in North London.

Staff have access to the FREE JW3 membership worth £50.00, this will entitles you to obtain discounts and reductions on food, beverages, cinema, shows and events held at the JW3 centre.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones.
• Develop and maintain strong parent/ carer partnerships
• Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
• Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment

What we’re looking for

• Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
