Service Manager with a comprehensive understanding of multiple compound needs (MCN), working knowledge of domestic abuse and good team development and coaching experience is required for a well-established organisation based in East Sussex.

SALARY: £46,000 FTE / £25,300 Actual Salary per annum (based on 22.14 hours per week) + Benefits
JOB TYPE: Part-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 22.14 hours per week, worked over 5 days, to include 1 day at the weekend each week, alternating between Saturday and Sunday
There is a requirement to work some evening and regular weekends and to be on-call as part of an agreed rota for which an appropriate payment will be made

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Service Manager with a comprehensive understanding of multiple compound needs (MCN), working knowledge of domestic abuse and good team development and coaching experience.
As the Service Manager you will be accountable for the strategic oversite, performance and operational management of the Multiple Compound Needs (MCN) service, providing holistic community and residential services and support to survivors of domestic abuse.
Working as the Service Manager you will promote the work undertaken and ensure that the survivors are supported appropriately in accordance with legislation, policy guidelines and best practice in respect of risk management, public protection, survivor safety, housing support and broader rehabilitation.
Delivery includes a range of programmes, groups and key work sessions within the premises and the community, as well as outreach and follow-on support from point of survivor exit from the residential element of the service, in the community and prison.
